Brian Lipscomb
Director
Brian is the president and CEO of Energy Keepers, Inc., a tribal corporation established in the fall of 2012 to manage the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes' (CSKT's) acquisition of Kerr Dam. On Sep. 5, 2015, CSKT became the first tribes in the nation to own a major hydroelectric facility.
Joseph McNeil
Director
Joseph is an enrolled member of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe and the president of Standing Rock Development Corporation and the General Manager for SAGE Development Authority.
Jim Gray
Director
Jim is the former Principal Chief for the Osage Nation. He is currently the Principal and owner of Gray Consultants, LLC.
Chris Deschene
Director
Chris is a senior legal professional and executive, well respected by his peers, tribal, and business leaders within Indian Country. Former Director for the Office of Indian Energy, U.S. DOE, Chris is also the owner and founder of Deschene PLLC, a national tribal energy and legal firm based in Washington, D.C.
